Delete your account
Boulevard takes deletion requests seriously. If you no longer want to use the Service, you can request deletion of your account and the data we hold about you at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1: In-app (recommended)
If you're signed in on the Boulevard app:
- Open the Profile tab.
- Tap Sign out / Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and listening history are removed from our servers within 30 days. Most data is removed immediately; some operational logs roll out of our system within that window.
Option 2: Email request
If you can't access the app, send a deletion request from the email address associated with your Boulevard account to:

Subject line: Delete account. We'll process the request within 30 days and email you a confirmation when it's complete.
What gets deleted
- Your account identifier and any linked social provider records (Apple, Google, Facebook).
- Your taste profile, saved songs, recents, and full listening history.
- Subscription state held by Boulevard. Your Google Play subscription itself is managed separately; cancel it in your Google Play account.
What we may retain
For up to 90 days after deletion we may retain a small amount of information necessary to:
- Resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or comply with our legal obligations.
- Roll deletion through our backups, which expire on a fixed schedule.
After this window the data is permanently and irrecoverably removed.
