By accessing or using Boulevard, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Boulevard is an AI-native music platform featuring AI-generated music, artist personas, recommendation systems, playlists, comments, social features, and related content.
Some content on Boulevard may be algorithmically generated.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Boulevard.
If you are under the age required in your jurisdiction, you may only use Boulevard with appropriate parental or legal consent.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You may not:
- Impersonate others
- Use misleading identities
- Abuse authentication systems
- Share accounts in ways that violate platform rules
Boulevard may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.
5. AI-Generated Content
Boulevard contains AI-generated music, visuals, metadata, and artist personas.
Artists and songs on Boulevard may be fictional or algorithmically generated.
Boulevard does not guarantee:
- Accuracy
- Originality
- Availability
- Cultural suitability
- Commercial suitability
Generated content may occasionally resemble existing artistic styles or themes.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass or abuse others
- Upload harmful or illegal content
- Attempt platform manipulation
- Spam comments or interactions
- Reverse engineer Boulevard systems
- Scrape or mass-download content
- Exploit recommendation systems
- Use Boulevard for unlawful purposes
Boulevard may remove content or terminate accounts without notice.
7. Community Features
Users may be able to:
- Comment
- Reply
- React
- Like comments
- Create playlists
- Follow artists or users
You retain ownership of content you create, but grant Boulevard a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and moderate that content for operation of the platform.
Boulevard may remove or moderate content at any time.
8. Subscriptions & Purchases
Some Boulevard features may require payment or subscription.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled.
Pricing, trials, and feature access may change over time.
Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or platform policy.
9. Intellectual Property
Boulevard and its systems, branding, interfaces, recommendation systems, generated content pipelines, software, and infrastructure are protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, redistribute, scrape, train models on, or commercially exploit Boulevard content without authorization.
10. Content Availability
Boulevard may:
- Remove songs
- Re-generate tracks
- Modify recommendations
- Change artists
- Remove accounts
- Limit availability
- Modify algorithms
without notice.
Boulevard does not guarantee permanent access to any song, playlist, artist, or content.
11. Copyright & Takedowns
If you believe content infringes your rights, contact support@boulevardai.app.
Boulevard may remove or investigate reported content.
12. Disclaimers
Boulevard is provided "as is" and "as available."
Boulevard disclaims warranties including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Uninterrupted availability
- Error-free operation
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boulevard shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Lost profits
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
- Recommendation outcomes
- Generated content issues
- User-generated content
Your use of Boulevard is at your own risk.
14. Termination
Boulevard may suspend or terminate access at any time for:
- Violations of these Terms
- Harmful behavior
- Fraud or abuse
- Legal or operational reasons
15. Changes to Terms
Boulevard may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction determined by Boulevard.
17. Creator Program
Boulevard may offer a Creator Program that lets approved creators earn money by posting videos that feature Boulevard music.
Participation requires applying and being approved by Boulevard. Approval is at Boulevard's sole discretion.
The program is performance-based:
- Approved videos may receive a fixed payout
- Each video may earn one bonus, based on the single highest view milestone it reaches within the set timeframe; bonuses are not cumulative
- Bonuses apply only to original videos that use Boulevard music
- All videos are manually reviewed before any payout
- Verified payouts are typically sent 14 days after a video reaches its milestone, allowing time to confirm the views are genuine
- Payouts are at Boulevard's discretion and may be withheld for fraud, fake or purchased views, recycled or re-uploaded content, spam, or policy violations
Creators participating in the program agree to:
- Feature Boulevard music in their videos
- Include a link to Boulevard in the video caption or profile
- Follow the rules of the platform they post on
- Not post misleading, harmful, or infringing content
- Provide accurate account and payout information
Creative license. By joining the Creator Program, you grant Boulevard a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, and display any video that Boulevard has paid you for, in Boulevard's marketing, advertising, and promotional materials. You confirm that you own or control the rights needed to grant this license. This license continues for content Boulevard has paid for even if you later leave the program.
Boulevard may change, pause, or end the Creator Program, and may reject or remove any video or creator, at any time.
