To cancel Spotify Premium, go to spotify.com/account in a web browser, open Manage your plan, and select Cancel Premium. Before you cancel: back up your playlists
Canceling Premium does not delete your library, but if you ever close the account entirely, it is gone. Two minutes of insurance:
