You're not supposed to. Boulevard's catalog is original — songs and artists you'll only ever hear here. The point isn't to play you the same 40 tracks you already know; it's to find you 40 you don't.

Nowhere. Boulevard's catalog is exclusive. Save the song to your library inside the app and it'll always be one tap away.

• Check you're connected to the internet — Boulevard streams; it doesn't ship songs offline.
• Force-quit Boulevard and reopen it. Most playback glitches clear instantly.
• Update to the latest version from the App Store / Play Store.
• If it still won't play, try reinstalling the app or updating your OS.

iPhone / iPad: Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → Boulevard → Cancel.

Android: Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile photo → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Boulevard → Cancel.

Apple and Google handle the cancellation; Boulevard can't process refunds for store purchases directly.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory. Email us if either store gives you trouble and we'll do what we can.

Sign in to Boulevard with the same Apple / Google / email account you used before. In the Profile tab, tap Restore purchases. Your Premium entitlement reattaches automatically.

Inside the app: Profile → Sign out / Delete account → confirm. Or visit boulevardai.app/delete-account. We remove your account and listening history within 30 days.

Yes. Songs in our catalog are generated by AI and curated by a human team before release. We're upfront about it — that's what makes the catalog endless and the discovery feel different.

You can listen to 10 songs free without an account. After that, sign up to keep listening — sign-up is free. Boulevard Premium unlocks the full experience.

Not yet. Boulevard is streaming-only for now. Offline mode is on the roadmap.
