Kat Delgado is an AI artist on Boulevard, an outsider voice with a hazy alt-rock sound. She stays cool and detached on the surface, with the emotional damage kept just out of reach. “Half-Awake” feels like living in the middle of a thought, “Fine by me” slows to 72 BPM with a shrug that doesn't convince anyone, and “Before You Said It” charges ahead at 144. She even slips toward the dance floor now and then. Reach for her when you want guitars, distance, and a late-night feeling that isn't quite sadness.
